- Something happened in your account that you did not do.
- You received an email or message that says it is from Copycat Cafe but does not look right.
- You are worried about how your information is being used.
- Your school needs information about how Copycat Cafe keeps accounts and information safe.
You do not need to investigate. Tell us what you saw and when it happened. Never email your password or sign-in codes.

For security researchers
This section is for people who find and report security problems. If you find a security weakness in the Copycat Cafe website or app, email us a report. Please report problems with other companies’ services to those companies.
What to include
To help us understand the problem, please include:
- The page, web address, account step, or feature where you found it.
- What happened and what harm it could cause.
- Steps we can follow to see the problem, including the browser or device if that matters.
- A small example or screenshot that does not show anyone else’s information.
Never email passwords or sign-in codes. If you need to show us private information, send a short summary first and ask how to send the rest safely.
Before you test
We welcome reports, but this page does not give you permission to test Copycat Cafe. Contact us before doing anything beyond normal use of an account and information that belongs to you or that you have permission to use.
If you look into a problem:
- Only use accounts and information that belong to you or that you have clear permission to use.
- Do not view, change, save, keep, or share another person’s information.
- Stop right away and tell us if you see private or sensitive information.
- Do not slow down, interrupt, overload, or damage the service. Do not run large automated tests.
- Do not use harmful software, spam, fake messages, or attempts to trick people.
- Do not test services run by other companies through Copycat Cafe.
After you report
We will read your report and may contact you for more details. Please give us reasonable time to check and fix a confirmed problem before sharing it publicly.
We do not currently pay rewards for security reports. You will only be paid if we agree to it in writing.
We will use any personal information in your report as explained in our Privacy Policy.
